Once your graded items are received and entered into our system, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
NOTE: Please be aware the shipping location is a P.O. Box. If you are tracking your package, and it indicates “delivered,” this does not guarantee we have it in hand yet. The Post Office may take additional time to process orders before releasing. As soon as we have the items in hand we will send you a confirmation email. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you are expecting an email from us.
Your graded items will be put up on auction for 7 days on eBay. Auction blocks start and end on Wednesday & Thursday evenings PST.

Shipping Risk & Loss
The consignor is solely responsible for the safe packaging, shipment, and delivery of all items submitted to Ryans_Cardhouse, LLC for consignment.
All risk of loss, theft, damage, misdelivery, or disappearance during transit remains with the consignor until the shipment has been physically received and accepted into the possession of Ryans_Cardhouse, LLC.
Ryans_Cardhouse, LLC is not responsible or liable for any item that is lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, misdelivered, or otherwise not received while in the possession or control of any shipping carrier or third-party delivery service.
The consignor is responsible for selecting the shipping method, obtaining adequate insurance, and pursuing any claims with the applicable carrier for loss or damage occurring before delivery to Ryans_Cardhouse, LLC.
Proof of shipment, tracking information, or a carrier’s delivery status alone does not establish that Ryans_Cardhouse, LLC has taken possession of an item. Responsibility transfers to Ryans_Cardhouse, LLC only after the shipment has been physically received by a team member of Ryans_Cardhouse, LLC.
Return of Consigned Items
If a consignor elects to have a consigned item returned before it is sold, a $100 return-processing fee per item will apply. The consignor must also provide Ryans_Cardhouse, LLC with a prepaid, fully insured shipping label covering the item’s full value.
The item will not be released or shipped until the return-processing fee has been paid in full and an acceptable shipping label has been provided. The consignor assumes responsibility for the item once it is transferred to the selected shipping carrier.
